I’ve been using rice protein this last 6 mos. It so much easy on belly digestion.
When I ran out I saw a whey form with greens mix. So far it pretty easy on belly. Mixed with frozen wild berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry) and or flax seed or or banana or mango.
