Where have I been? Where am I going?

Well, it has been some time since I wrote up a blog. I wanted to update you all on what has been happening and why I have been so quiet.

This year is going by so quickly, I cannot believe it is May already?

For Christmas, I took myself and the children on a trip of a lifetime, we went to Antigua in the West Indies for 3 weeks, It was a huge decision but honestly the best decision ever.  Seeing the children running around freely all day every day in the sand, playing with other kids, hearing them laugh and build sand castles. It was pure bliss and I embraced every minute of those 3 weeks and we made memories that will last a lifetime. During these 3 weeks, I took that time to really reflect on life. What I wanted to achieve and where I was going.

As you may know I have been quiet on Social Media and on Public Speaking, but the reason for this “sit back” was I really wanted to focus on the children, spending 3 solid weeks with them was so special for me (obviously stressful) but it was beautiful so I wanted to continue this when we returned and that is why I have been quiet and in the background I have been working super hard, making plans and achieving goals that I set out for myself.

One thing I love dearly is Public Speaking, speaking about Domestic Violence, sharing my story, knowledge, and insight into Domestic Violence and over the last few months I have really missed doing conferences, however as I mentioned I have been working in the background and taking in bookings for future talks and I am delighted to say that I will be speaking at the Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Conference Ireland on Saturday 25th May at the Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, Dublin. I am honored to be sharing the stage with a panel of incredible speakers on the day such as:

Sharon O’Halloran

Christine Louis de Canoville

Dr Denise Mullen

Dept Supt Gordan McCreadie

Tickets available here – http://bit.ly/2WWPn3h

I look forward to speaking nationally and internationally and continuing to be the voice for those who are silenced.  Keep an eye out for me in your city 😉
