11th March 2016, Today is daffodil day, a day to support the Irish Cancer Society by buying daffodils today.
This is a very special and significant day today, we all know someone who has lost their life due to this awful illness. So many heroes out there battling cancer every single day. Some fight for the life and some simply cannot keep up the fight any longer.
The Irish Cancer Society is a fantastic support network for people living with cancer but also a support for people who have overcome cancer. They offer a wide range of services such as counselling, daffodil centres, helplines and much more.
Today I remember all the loved ones myself and my family have lost due to cancer, its a very very difficult illness to comprehend. To every single person who has suffered cancer, lost someone from cancer and to all the people who are living with cancer, my thoughts are with you, lets come together and support the Irish cancer Society buy getting some daffodils today 🙂
