We all know that as a Mother we miss out on quite a lot of events while the children are young, and yes we moan about it all the time and that’s ok because we do a damn good job at parenting so if we want to moan we can, right?
The majority of my friends are Mother’s and we all love to have the odd moan now and again.
Arranging anything is difficult with kids, meeting for breakfast is a very rare occasion and when it does happen it is the most stressful occasion EVER because of course the kids are running wild and restaurants don’t seem to like that…. I don’t know why?
Well these 2 amazing ladies have literally answered our prayers except they have covered EVERYTHING and gone further and beyond.
Sarah Byrne-Bridgeman and Naomh Geday have set up a monthly event called The breakfast Club, this is an event for women to come together, network and switch off from mammy duties for a few hours while eating breakfast in peace and sipping on tea, coffee, juice or mamosa 😉 (my Fav)
The event is hosted in the Luxurious 5* Hotel Luttrelstown Castle, ladies get good bags, amazing spot prizes on the day, there is a childcare facility provided so you can leave the little ones with a fully qualified professional childcare team so don’t worry about having to source a sitter, the ladies have it all covered for just an added €5.
A donation will be made to Safe Ireland this month which adds more excitement for me as I work very closely with Safe Ireland and have doe so for the last 4 years, They helped me in my time in need and their mantra is simply something we should all advocate for and thats is To make Ireland the safest country for women and children!
On the morning after breakfast the ladies have organised a guest speaker to do a talk and I am sooooooo excited that they have invited me to speak at the October event!! Yes me….. Can you hear my excitement?
You all know I’m all about empowering women and lifting each other up. I feel very lucky to be a part of this fabulous event and I feel so thankful that someone has come up with such a great idea for women.
So Tomorrow 8th October I will be speaking at the Breakfast Club and I would absolutely Love to see you there and have breakfast with myself and lots of other like minded women.
This is a ticketed event and there is still some remaining so be sure to get yours now. Here is the link and I look forward to seeing you all there.
PS – Invest in YOU. We all deserve to treat ourselves every now and again! Look after you and your mental health by doing the things you love.
